Microtubules in Physarum Amoebae

Localization of microtubules in migrating amoebae of Physarum. Lower panels show microtubules as visualized by indirect immunofluorescence. Upper panels show the same microtubule patterns (red) merged with images showing DNA staining (blue) and Nomarski-DIC (green) images of the same cells. The insets show that microtubules extend to the periphery of the cell.
