This is an image of an assay plate used in an experiment to determine the kinetics of apogamic plasmodial development. It is similar to Image 05, except that the process has progressed to the point where, in addition to the bacterial lawn and the amoebae that were plated on it, the surface has "plateable plasmodia" with tails.
