Loan Slide H97b: Nose

Human material stained with H&E. While it is very difficult to find olfactory epithelium in this material, there are mutiple locations where respiratory epithelium is well represented. In addtion, the anterior surface of the nose (top of slide, areas A and E) provides several excellent examples of skin.
